By using topfinclub.com, you agree to the terms below. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. Calculators are educational

Every calculator on this site is for educational purposes only. The numbers we display are estimates, based on the formulas and assumptions documented on each page. They are not personalized financial advice, and they are not a substitute for talking to a licensed professional.

Before making any decision involving real money — borrowing, investing, retirement, taxes — consult a qualified financial advisor, CPA, attorney, or mortgage broker as appropriate.

2. No warranty of accuracy

We do our best to keep formulas and tax-bracket data current. We can't guarantee perfection. The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any decision made based on a calculation produced here.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not:

  • Scrape the site at high frequency or in a way that disrupts service
  • Reverse-engineer security mechanisms
  • Republish substantial portions of our copy without attribution and a link back

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, original copy, and calculator logic are © 2026 TopFinClub. Underlying mathematical formulas and government data sources (IRS, BLS, CFPB, HMRC) are public domain. Quotations from those sources are reproduced under fair use / Crown Copyright as applicable.

5. External links

We link to government agencies (IRS, CFPB, BLS, HMRC), academic studies, and a small number of well-known consumer-finance sites for context. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

6. Affiliates and advertising

The site does not currently carry advertising or affiliate links. If that ever changes, we will disclose it clearly on the affected pages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopFinClub and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
